@kotachan112: If you are refering to the first point, by Higashi, actually, the shinpan gives point for the tsuki, it's just that he waited 'till the complete finalization of the strike. You can even see by the reaction from Sato at the point he receives the men that actually even he had already accepted the tsuki strike, since he doesn't even react agains the men.
