I do research on the tenyimei tribes .( Angami , Chakhesang , Poumai , Mao ) This is unique ... the people of this village wear tangkhul shawl and speak some tangkhul but have mekela , house ,language 0:42 ,, 4:46 , necklace are tenyimei and very different from from the tangkhul and more tenyimei . if you observe the slanting red kilt which the men wear . it has the white lines observed in a tenyimei mens kilt and also has the thread tail .

The chilivai poumais have more stories about us then the raphai people. Our dress , language and culture reflects our relations. .
