Really nice bivvy, ridiculous cost, I chose the Fox Frontier XD instead and managed to add the social extension for the same cost of the standard trakker
I think there are better selling points on this bivvy than the 30 seconds you save putting it up and taking it down! Not enough for me to want to change from the previous tempest though. Enjoy your new bivvy 👍
@@Kralk.66 oh they definitely do , owned and sold several trakkers , and complained to trakker , with very little success , great in principle , but poor in practice.
great informative video.. Thanks i've now made up my mind i was in between the nash T1 and that 150 rs to replace my 4 tonne ridgemonkey bivvy. trakker takes it. Anyone want to buy a hardly used ridgemonkey lol
@@ben_stallwoodWasn't the 150 the same height before? I know that they increased the height of the bivvy 100 to 145 (from 130 I think), but the 150 doesn't seem bigger. I might be wrong though
@@nickschwaller3154 apologies - should’ve been more clear. I really like the size of the 100. Much better than previous. 150 is too big in my opinion for one person. The RS 100 seems like the perfect size now tbh
Seriously good video, best one about this bivy and on the back of this video I will be buying one , the 150 for me and a 100 for my son. Very expensive but in my opinion definitely worth it at quality and ease of putting up and more importantly putting down. Thanks

I went with Frontier... Looks like Trakker nicked a few ideas from Fox on this one... Black out fabric, internal pockets etc...
Unfortunately, Fox began to make low-quality products. Simply put, it's shit.
@@nobody7232the fox won’t last. Tempest is much better. Having owned both
Well done it’s give me confidence in putting mine up , and it packs away nicely too keep up the good work
Very good video for a first timer, thanks

Im the same had 100T and now got 150 rs and love mine
Hi, could you get a nash 2200mm standard bed down one side front to back, cheers
Make sure to take lots of towels with you for all the condensation!
You obviously never owned a Trakker , they don’t condensate.
@@Kralk.66 All single skins suffer from condensation!!!
@@Kralk.66 Only the Aquatex won't condensate - most of the shelters they sell use a 10k fabric that absolutely DOES condensate.

@@jaylepp sorry, yes you are correct. I own the aquatex, that doesn’t condensate.

Great video mate if you could just do a couple more on the solar sp uni spider and Nash titan that would be great and could make my mind up 😂
They do m8 for longer sessions really i have a rs 150 and is heavy my old tempest brolly weight nowt..
Hello guys I have a question camo version and standard is the same material quality?
Yes
I had to buy a bigger bag when u put the inner cap in. Trakkers big problem the bags 😢 it's the 100t aquatex though
One More Cast just released a BAG for exactly this reason! The AgBag or something.
Does it pack away with the front on im tempted to get one or a titan t1 pro 🤔
Yes
Can any biv be opened with the groundsheet?
No.
Brilliant review mate looks a good bivvy how tall are you because the bivvy looks tall I’ve had a tempest before but it was to low for me
Yeah they seem to have increased the height for the 100 bivvy too to 145cm.
Went to see the, today at the show. Definitely taller than previous. Very good size

Would you get two beds in there or do you need 200 for this 🎣
You need the 200 or the 150 extended social cap

The great thing about my Old tempest 100 is its got no plastic bits on the legs to break😂
Cheers mate brill
Good vid just got one
Standard trekker great for the guys who are new to fishing
just baffled as to why they didn't go with the (Solar-style) zip in groundsheet that keeps rodents and rain out
I'm sure I've bought steak off this bloke at boscombe market on a Saturday morning 🤔
I had a race with the geezer in the swim next door my aquatexx 150 vs his new one there is about 5 seconds diffrence oh i won by the way 😂
It takes longer to get out the box than put it up 😂😂
Doesn’t look that quick to me😅
Not very mobile in my opinion , all these new ones look like the weigh a ton
They weigh exactly what they say they weigh - if you don't want a big shelter with the best material, then buy a small one with a thin material.
Poor quality . Already on my second bivvy. Seems groundsheet en poles are made very badley
What’s broke on it mate
