Look at Arnold he was 6 foot 1 , lee Haney 5 foot 11, Gary Strydom, mike Christian, Cedric Macmillan, Paul dillet, berry demey all over six foot

And look how far back you had to go to find a 6ft Mr.O champ and it was only one in the whole history of bodybuilding. Garry Strydom, Mike Christian, Cedric McMillian, Paul Dillett, Berry Demey use to always get beat by shorter guys like Lee Labrada, Rich Gaspari,, Shawn Ray , William Bonac 6ft bodybuilders are the worse the never win for a reason.

This year’s Mr. O will be hotly contested. Every thing counts. Please pay more attention to tightening up those glutes. Don’t give those judges any reason to place others ahead of you.
