I use them to heal cars when no gas stations. I like them. It's not the worst thing this season, that would go to the cars and the lack of EMPS
Doesnt rhe bus got emp or smth idk but even emping a car doesnt stop its GUNS so whats the point

It’s just the slurp plant reskinned from chapter 4 in the jungle so I don’t see the problem at all. It’s actually good to have multiple ways of healing yourself believe it or not.
Unfortunately the slurp cacti doesnt grow back in storm if its breaked...it doesnt like the storm
I barely carry white heels if the circle is going to end there because you can just heal no matter what in a car. They need to put it all over the map or something similar.
Legit the only thing I don’t like about this season is the car grenade launcher. It wrecks EVERYTHING too fast to fight back.
It’s almost like people can heal up and then take cover if they’re not immediately killed. And it’s almost like you’re not going to kill another team if you and them both don’t come out of hiding.
Also if you drive through a cactus in your car it’ll heal the car by like 100 hp, making it a slow but decent way to repair your car if you’re not near a repair station
after being killed by cars and nitro fists multiple times this is the least of my issues with this season
Lol no, seams like they're saying "Oh lets take all these OP things and just put them out there." It's how they say "give everyone a nuke and you're at a stand still."

When the circle gets smaller, it’s not like those plants can appear automatically in the circle, so eventually it’s going to come down to getting ran over or a shooting fight
This would have been better with the avatar collab, image being able to drink cactus juice as soka...if only we had a soka skin
Well tbh he has a point those smaller plants in the jungle event but they were almost all over half if the map yk bc half was ice and snow but now it's only on the south of the map and really only near certain areas like nitrodrome , brutal beach head and the redline rig so it's less likely to find one
Those cactus came in clutch my last game when I got all the way down to 17.
I literally only carry Medkits at this point because I usually get the machinists medallion and just loot from their since I don’t have to worry bout shield and use the cactuses to heal. But yeah this will be the least of peoples concerns if cars are enabled in competitive.
It’s useful for healing with the Wasteland overlord challenges..
Nerf the cars to like 500hp and make the nitro fists have like 3 uses while mythic has 4 uses while making it deal less damage or attack slower
They will slightly repair vehicles too
imagine having a plan *laughs in landing at the coral buddies cave*
I think them causing players needing to do 1600 damage to not get hit by storm surge answers the question
Bruh we had them before the plants there were mushrooms during the season where the herald was the big bad that would recharge Shields when you jumped on them
Cars are way more annoying that this, they need to nerf them. Especially in ranked.
This season is worse than when they had the mech suits

I don’t see it as a mistake. Those things are clutch when you’re in a bind.
If sweats don’t like it, there is Fortnite Reload for them
Solution: don’t play ranked, and play zero builds. I can assure you this is not an issue there due to how much harder it is to camp.

Well since it's mobility or health I say it's good considering I can't get a break to heal cause of the car

Well, as long as they do t regenerate, this is completely fine
This strat is not possible with the cacti to the degree of the slurp plants from a few seasons ago it takes over a minute for it to recharge compared to 15 secs
I think the problem is pros don’t like anything unfair but that makes the game more fun even if you’re against it. Tell me trying to destroy a car with bullet proof tires and a TURRET isn’t fun
The mistake Fortnite made is making card too overpowered
They're great 😑
They spawn in one biome and more spread out compared to the other plants. If you know where they spawn maybe go take a break. I 90% run into them on route by chance
I understand the premise of the video but a cactus is the least of the games worries rn most people are complaining about cars nitro juice and nitro fist its all pretty broken once they learn how to cater towards their player base then the game might get better but at the rate its going the games just gonna die and it sucks to say considering I’ve been playing since c1 s2

Not really Talking about this in particular, there’s just been a variety of additions epic has made recently that just seem odd and don’t actually contribute well to the gameplay of anyone.

Yeah, the car mods and stuff is just plain trash. At least the tanks were slower and there was a rocket launcher to counter them, the cars with mods are tanks but faster.

Edit: and OP meant chapter just FYI, but the whole season has been unbalanced imo. Snipers and burst were meta for the whole first two chapters, the medallions have been OP, and now it’s cars. There is no variety

90s is a very long time. I think 30s would be better.
Or just make them regrow a few times like 3 so you can only get back to 90 shield one time

At least they made it so the plants wont grow back when they are in the storm

this is literally the worst season for being sweaty and competitive, and im all here for the chaos.
The problem is not the competitive aspect it is that you can't have a single gunfight in a game primarily for shooting and building if you can't shoot or build and the season is reliant on one item or vehichle(in build battle royale)it is a bad season and if it is so fun then it should be an ltm not in normal battle royale where you have no choice but to opt in to the bs If I wanted a car fight I would play gta
@@alphaxp5839Yeah, Epic is catering to low skill players more and more. I believe they think that if low skill players get more elims, they'll play more and the numbers will rise. But it's causing skilled players to leave, quit the season, or play creative only. I can't recall losing to a g*n yet this season, just cars and kids spamming nitro fists.
All I know is I hate my friends for always wasting shields no matter what.

In the tournaments now they’re gonna do that glitch like before to get infinite surge when they would sit next to one of the shield berries that would regrow and get infinite surge

Limit the amount of storm surge damage you can get from a single enemy player, reset it after a amount of time has passed and there problem solved.
That’s actually a really good idea. Maybe even cap each player unless they get eliminated and rebooted.
