Hi! I'm bringing another issue! After selecting the group I somehow can't set the mode to TTL, it switches from -- to ON... anyone got a solution? Still searching even in other forums and there isn't an apparent solution. Tried everything so far, including on\off, changing cameras Fuji XT3 XT4, input from the app, removing batteries. No success. It doesn't looks logical, but I was able to do it on the last shoot and for some unknown reason I inadvertently pressed "Mode" without selecting a particular group it switched to a mode with a symbol next to the battery indicator where the display shows "power," a "value on Hz" and the "number of times"... I am assuming that is related with the "stroboscopic" feature for the flash unit. Not even the chance of a hard reset that would bring the unit to factory values or to "square one"!!! Cheers
All u need to do is check ur settings , make sure ur trigger is on the same channel with ur light. Check the ID settings make sure they are both on d same Id settings , i.e ( the trigger and the light) I checked mine it was on the same channel but not the same ID settings so i changed the ID settings and it worked . The ID settings should be on ur light manual.
@@LaAiDo Exactly. It worked differently with the stock firmware (v1.1) I upgraded to the latest one (v1.4) and now I need to press harder until it showes red. It fires again. Thanks for that :)

Press and hold the "mode" button and then switch on the x2t. That should reset the trigger.
I got the same problem yesterday. How u solved it?
All u need to do is check ur settings , make sure ur trigger is on the same channel with ur light.

I checked mine it was on the same channel but not the same ID settings so i changed the ID settings and it worked .
The ID settings should be on ur light manual.

@@uwemoebus his instructions works. basically i change all lights n trigger to ID "off"
@@maverickking797 Saved the day. Going to the flash settings and setting the ID to be the same as in the trigger(or vice versa) and it worked!

press the button harder it will be red light, press the button lightly is green light, try this
