Great advice at the end. I've always said fishing was way better before phones and social media. Now all your hard work can be undone by one quick text to their mates.
Thanks for that John ,so nice to have you back ,couldn’t agree more with you regarding social media, there seems to be too much emphasis on size as well,we fish for carp big or small , and as rod hutchinson used to say keep catching the little one’s and the big one’s will come along 👍
Great video again and full of great information, extremely impressed by the quality of the products I ordered and the fact you respond to emails is truly appreciated. Keep the videos coming we need it in this day and age
Great video John as always. Here’s a little story. Went to my local lake for a 24 hour session, my favourite area to fish was occupied by 4 other anglers. My mate said to me, your not considering fishing here are you, there’s already 12 lines in the water which is less than a 50 yard bank. To be honest. I thought ye, find another swim, but then I thought absolutely no way, I’m gonna fish here right in the middle of everyone else because I 100% trust my bait. To cut a story short. 2 guys to the left of me caught nothing. 2 guys to the right had 1 carp between them. I had 8 carp. Thanks for the bait John, to give you a clue who I am, you make my unique flavour called KK.
Great video John - but why is the unhooking mat at the other side of the swim / in the next swim with that 47.. I mean it is a heavy fish to carry all that way 🎉
Fantastic baits John, was struggling on my local tough River Wey, decided to make my own bait again and had two Barbel in two sessions plus a brilliant trip to the River Wye.
The Belgium hook bait company "Forgotten Flavours" has made a hook bait called "Plukkaz." It incorporates two of your top flavours, Plum and Ala Salar. I've been catching some monsters on them. Wicked flavour combo. Thank you for your hard work. I wish you rolled bait 🙏
Crikey John....take it easy! Had my hip done 11 years ago when i was 46...knock those work parties, non essential jobs on the head...do yourself a favour! All the best from Sunny Wrexham!
The over flavouring of baits is correct . Plane Bread fished in zero visibility. The amount of salt and fat in shop Bought bread is incredible, to us a white slice taste's bland. A big thank you regarding social media. When a large fish is held up, it's a snap shot in time with no context, too, how much time and effort its capture took. Location Jumping puts pressure on waters and fish that's short-term, and for that angler, in most cases, a limited understanding of the water and fish movements within it. It's like reading a book with ten chapters and starting to read at chapter eight. You get the idea, but no true understanding. Again, short-term. Social media is insincere like an attractive partner that's promiscuous. I'll leave you and the reader with thire thoughts on that one

Rich in content ~ plain and simplistic . Looking forward to reading your book. Thank you.
About 35 years rolling baits, first time I hear about limestone flour. Great piece of video once more.

Great work as ever John, hanging out for the book release here. I won't be alone. Good luck.
Hi John,
Since I watched your videos i started to do my own boilies. I really like the barbel search 4. Can you add any flavour to this ?
Always good John..will definitely look out for your book 📖
I love the Blue Peter sections 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥰
Brilliant John Well Done
Morning John, glad you're getting back to some kind of normality. Can you suggest a recipe using bio for Chub please?
Best wishes
John

How can i get some of ur baits m8 plus ur glugs.??😊
I never ever post on social media about what I'm catching or from where. Have always taste tested baits wether my own or commercially available ones.
Pleased to hear it!

I doubt it'll be John's flavours as they're exclusive to himself & retailers.....That's what I'm led to beleive?

Hi John. Please can you source a really good quality tutti. Nobody is selling one that has that pokey hit anymore.
This may sound stupid, i was thinking of mixing taste f2 with bio shellfish. Would that be idiotic?

Do you have any plans to bring back your pineapple flavour?
