Padma is such a beautiful woman and I thought I'd be getting some beauty secrets as a fellow Indian woman but I was a little shocked she used makeup wipes and not a cleansing balm or oil. I wish her all the best in endevours and hopefully she gets a little more info on optimizing her skincare routine❤.
Have these celebrities never heard of oil cleanser??? Then you're gonna apply serum after your moisturizer. And then another serum on your dirty neck and chest. Please make this make sense to me??
You have to understand that peoples skin and what works for them matters more than what seems to be the most recent trend... I personally have used oil cleansers and cleansing balm but I still end up using wipes or micellar water to take it off as I do not like the feel or the sting in my eye sometimes.... Worse I am acne prone.... So basically do what works for you❤❤❤
@@teebammm I wouldn't say oil/ balm cleansing is a current trend as it has been used for centuries. It was introduced to the modern market in the 1960s. Also they should be rinsed with water and should be followed by a gentle cleanser. But I understand where you're going with this.. More so I'm just confused why she would use a product with active ingredients over a moisturizer. Which kind of defeats the purpose of the product itself. As well was applying a product to Uncleansed skin?
@@andycalimara I understand that, but the serum that she uses active ingredient is vitamin C. And even so, the percentage is pretty low. So there would be no reason to buffer that. The moisturizer renders that product useless.
Do you want her, to show how she's doin it, or how it should be done? Let be honest - she's not cosmetologist. I watched this for authenticity not for education purpose.
@@jezabell girl no that's not how it works lol....she def should of put the serum before the moisturizer....that's literally the point of the moisturiser is to seal everything in...that serum is def not heavier than the moisturizer...u clearly know nothing about skin hahaha
I am 30 and have hyper pigmentation (melasma) never had kids etc its a odd and annoying skin thing , but it made me feel better to see a stunning woman such as padma also have a little bit of hyper pigmentation. It happens.
Proof you don't need a good skincare routine to look good. All I see are wipes, essential oils, and harsh exfoliating ingredients. She is beautiful and seems really nice, but I won't be taking any skincare advice from her. I have a feeling she has a good esthetician who helps a lot.
Lovely lady, garbage skincare routine. Well at least she put her hair up. I also find it funny when she says “cleanser strips your skin and there is wear and tear”, while at the same time dragging that wipe over her face.
Love padma Lakshmi she is has the warmth heart and amazing ❤❤❤

What a stunning woman 😍
She's clearly not upto speed when it comes to makeup wipes! 😂.
A reaction video coming in 3...2...1
She is sharing her routine, people. Not telling you what to do with yours.
YOU, AND YOU'RE MEALS, AND YOU'RE SNACKS GET AN A+ IN MY OPINION, PADMA LASKHSMI.❤❤❤

@@OooorileyyDerms often recommend buffering actives like retinoids and acids with moisturizer so they don’t disrupt the skin barrier

I loved looking at her book
You don't need any makeup ... your very gorgeous n beautiful...
beautiful woman!
Beautiful
Would love to see Angelina Jolie's go to bed skincare routine!
Serum after moisturizer?
That moisturizer is lighter than that serum. Heavier products go after.

Get this woman a cleansing balm stat! And she should apply her serum after cleansing, not after moisturizing...
Faces wipes .. 😵💫😑
