@Munene, I will personally never buy off plan homes. Many of these developers do not deliver what they promised and even if they deliver, the homes start falling apart within a few years or they take very long to finish the projects because many of these developers do not have their own money, they use investors money. Sad!

I can never put my money in an incomplete project. People lost so much money in Suraya and others!
True, buying land and building might be better if you donot have funds to buy completed overpriced properties
