Riddle solution:
Take 1 coin from the first barrel, 2 coins from the second barrel . . . 10 coins from the tenth barrel and simply weigh the picked coins together.
If there were no 2 gram coins, you know that the total weight should be (1+2+3+ . . . +10) = 55 grams.
But if, for example, the weight is 58 grams, then you know there are 58-55=3 coins that weigh 2 grams, so that must be bag 3.
What if it was both bag 1 and 2 :D

It's ez Baus: you simply bait GP to shot at one barrel, then the chain explosion will destroy every one of the barrels, thus revealing its content. That way you find out what barrel has the 2gr gold coin (with more mass than the others, this coin will resist the explosion in better co(i)ndition)
This is the only real solution I have seen so far

The Gold-Coin Problem: You number the barrels 1-10 and then take 1 coin from barrel 1, 2 from 2 and so on... then you measure the weight. The weight will be the number of the barrel with the 2g coins higher than the sum of 1-10 (55) :) e.g. if barrel 3 is gold coins youll measure 58g

i see that this is correct more clearly if I do it like that: take 1, 3, 9, ..., coins from each barrel (that is use weights of the coins as consecutive digits in a base3 number - count the weight and check which digit is 2)
Why can't u just weigh one coin from each barrel until u find the 2 gram one?
Solution to the coin problem:
Take 1 coin from the first barrel, 2 from the second, 3 from the third, and so on up to the tenth barrel.
Weigh all of these coins on the "weighing machine" (scale?) at once. If all the barrels contained coins that weighed 1 gram each, then the total should sum to 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10 grams, or 55 grams. However, you know that one barrel contains coins that weight 2 grams each, so you can find the difference between the weight you find and 55 grams.
As an example, lets say the third barrel has the 2 gram coins. Adding all of the coins, we'd get 1 (1 gram) + 2 (1 gram) + 3 (2 gram) + 4 (1 gram) and so on, resulting in a total of 58 grams. Since 58 is 3 more than 55, which we would expect, we know that 3 of the coins had double the value that we expected.
Since we took three coins from the third barrel, we know that the third barrel caused this increase in weight, so the third barrel contains the coins that weight more.

This puzzle is super easy, heard about in countless times. You take 1 coin from first barrel, two from second, etc. and weight all of them at once. Expected value is 55 grams, and the number it shows above that, is the number of a barrel with 2 gram coins.
I must say tho, this version of puzzle is worded in very strange and confusing way, so it may be hard to understand if you didn't hear about it before.

The gold coins riddle:
You number the barrels 1 to 10 (or any different numbers). From barrel 1, you pick one coin. From barrel 2, you pick 2. So on and so on (from the tenth barrel, you pick 10) So, you will end up with 55 coins. You weight them. Since there IS a group of coins that weights 1 gram more per coin. So, the weight will be 55 grams plus the number of coins with the extra gram, and this number will be the same that you numbered the barrels:
a weight of 56 => barrel number 1 (56 - 55 = 1) has 2 grams coins
a weight of 57 => barrel number 2 (57 - 55 = 2) has 2 grams coins
a weight of 58 => barrel number 3 (58 - 55 = 3) has 2 grams coins
...
a weight of 65 => barrel number 10 (65 - 55 = 10) has 2 grams coins
