    Hi Natasha, did your class today and had lots of fun, as hard work as it was.
    Can I ask a question please 🙏. When in handstand, do you keep your elbows the same when bringing chest through, or do you bend them slightly. Also can I clarify, when you drop hips back is your pelvis tucked under or do you open out lower back.
    Loved the class a lot, I been asking the universe for guidance about doing Hollowback and I find this class early today. Sure asks for more shoulder strength, I was amazed at how well I felt balanced and had a very strong Pincha balance. The hip moment backwards is really tricky to do. It was the longest practice I’ve done as yet, kept stopping the video 😂😅🤣

    Loved this class and all the shoulder opening and getting lots of pincha and handstand play time! So fun to work hollowback at the wall, I definitely need to practice this more. You are incredible!! Thank you for an awesome class, Natasha!!

    Is ur background in gymnastics? U seem so advanced in ur handstands 😯😯

    Definitely need to learn this move! I have a trouble to shift my shoulders backwards and my head too. I'm very comfortable in the scorpion though. I would appreciate u telling me what are ur thoughts about that?

    So getting it in forearm stand helps to get it hs?

      Forearm stand is much easier as you have a bigger base of support than just your hands.
