I was in Cambodia recently, and what I saw was a very low lying country, which had a lot of surface water all over the place, so I am sure that there will be many more videos of this nature where the land is being raised and the water outlets organised for the flow to go elsewhere !
A good dozer operator with a ramp that down and had the trucks go all the way to the wall and start dumping there and work towards the road they're doing this just backwards

You’d have to go back 60-75 years to find work done this way in Oklahoma, we learned by mistake they’ve got a lot of catching up to do.
