Perform a chi square test to determine if an observed ratio of tall: 10 dwarf pea plants is consistent with an expected ratio of 1:1 from the cross Dd * dd. Pls solve it
Hey Mr Shomu, Really thankful for your videos! Keep up the good work. I wanted to ask you a question , that how do we convert chi square values to p values using a graph? Please help.
Hiii, I saw your video and I understood about chi square test . But I want to know fundamental of Yates corrections uses In chi square test. Please tell us about it.
@@shomusbiologyofficial no sir, I mean topics like this. You definitely do post a lot. Thankful for that. Direct topic like this which are being used in solving questions I am asking for.
shouldn't the degree of freedom be 3?? because in (n-1) the n is the total number of phenotypes and in this example the total number of phenotypes is 4.
There are three type of chi square 1 chi square text of independent 2 chi square test for homogeneity 3 chi square goodness of fit test. For first two types degree of freedom is (K-1)(r-1) But for type 3 it’s differ df= n-1
I think you have always been perfect from past to now. Congratulations. You are so modest and really respectful. Greeting fro Turkey.
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts.
