Many Indians spend no time in blaming the hell on our Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman without taking any of the factors into consideration whenever there is any negative news of our economy. So I believe that we should now commend her for this positive news. Afterall, both criticism and commendation must be on equal terms. Congratulations ma'am!🇮🇳

@Hastalavista Baby yes we know it but the good thing is Indias export is increasing very quickly in 2022 our goods export was 43% more than pre pandemic financial year 2019- 2020 but due to rise in gas prices our terms of trade ( disparity between imports and exports) was ineffective we are on a road to become a net exporter country , it's predicted by IMF and other organisations that by 2028 - 2030 india we become 5 trillion economy
Due to geopolitical reasons many of foreign investors are diverting towards india from China
We are also working with Japan( expert in tech) and Australia(expert in mining) to set semiconductor chip manufacturing plant in India ( as india has reserves of silicon and workforce)
A couple of decade back ago our country's defence equipment and arms were 99% percent imported but now we exporting indigenous fighter jets ( which are not State of the art technology) but when it comes to supersonic cruise missile we are first and best and most economic a unit just cost 5 million
Not only that our PSLV (rocket) is more economical than space x and that is without reusable rocket tech
Imagine what we could do with that tech we are working on it
We have able complete a space mission on Mars and our budget is fraction of nasa budget
And with growing GDP future seems very bright
I know we are far behind when it comes to social indexes like happiness etc but we are getting better than ever before

For those who really cant comprhnd it lets undrstnd it through an example
Indias GDP in 1st quarter of 2021 shrank to 70 from 100 (due to pandemic & lockdown).
So if this year our economy is at 80 we would call it growth of 14.2%. So prima facie it may appear you massive growth of 14% bt dont forget realty is we r still below 100 (forget about growth which is more than 100). No doubt we have made double digit progress bt it is compared to 2021 only......
2nd thing - Comapring with other countries
    1) please rembr last year data when countries like china didnt face any huge setback. There economy was still performing better compare to any country. So lets say there 100 would have come down to 95 or 90. If they will now compare to there 2021 economy obviously they will have litlle growth.....

Then in 1st quarter of financial year 2020-2021 fell at 24% bringing it down to 76
Then in 1st quarter of financial year 2021-2022 , it rose at 20% bringing it up to 91
And now In 1st quarter of financial year 2022-2023 , it rose at 13.4% bringing it up to 104
Which means we grew about 4% compared to FY 2019-2020

But it is GDP of one quarter and it's large due to base effect. Infact RBI predicted growth around 16%

so last quarter it was 20 ...for the same quarter ....compare it with usa .....now they are at 1.2 ....base remains the same for every country ....

@@chefjnph7113 First don't compare with USA. Developed countries will always have low GDP growth.
Second if you don't know how base effect work, you can watch study IQ video "GDP growth 2022 Q1" about why although GDP growth rate is good but not very good. That's why it's always good to focus on yearly GDP growth rate.
Thrid currently India is in it's golden time for development where we have high percentage of young people, good trade relations with many countries etc etc. When China was in it's golden time it have 11-13% GDP growth. That's why we need to improve more.

@@SunilMeena-do7xn People who follow Study IQ and other channels are giving gyaan on economy . Do you realise , people like you who lack research ability are programmed by Study IQ .
13.5 % is great considering the last quarter US and other nations had economic growth .
The world is going through serious turmoil and in a global context this growth is a great sign . Study IQ or whatever prophet you follow as slaves won't educate you about how the global economy is entangled and so is India . And a double digit growth is a very great sign .
