I'm confused. So a 4 min 35 second video of how she failed to do it. Then a 5 second clip saying she did do it eventually? I would of liked to see footage of her success trip instead
I think it's more interesting to see and appreciate the hardships of her journey rather than the end in order to gain a better understanding of how incredible of an accomplishment it really was.
Matthew Drown it’s always good to hear the struggle to appreciate her success. Besides it would’ve been probably less than a min video if it was only based on her success. Lol
I was 19 years old when she did this, no internet back than though. I don’t remember even hearing about this, it was a long time ago & my memory isn’t what it used to be. You can’t row with a busted up shoulder ma’am, way to go in ‘99!
Considering your ancestors did it a lot, it's not at all. From a white guy, please do your research on your own people. I'll help with one blatant example, cocaine and tobacco in mummies.
Wow! Never been that early! Ms. Murden deserves a lot of respect for realizing this amazing feat! Not because she is a woman, but because crossing the Atlantic Ocean in this fashion is a great feat!
Inside edition is the best TH-cam channel ever they upload numerous videos everyday and the videos aren't to long and almost every video is something interesting 👍
She has some awesome back muscles. I am glad she became the first women to row across the Atlantic in 1999. I did not realize there was a man that rowed across the Atlantic. The ocean is no joke, The ocean is not biased in whos life it takes.
Satellite GPS? And I doubt there was ever a person in the 1800s or early 1900s that thought hey lets cross this ocean in a row boat when we have problems crossing it in a real boat.
If that boat was designed to not capsize, why can’t all boats today have that kind or design or architecture? This could’ve prevented a lot of deaths related to capsizing boats
Yes well today's society still treats not very new technology like a big step closer to the future. No one appreciates goals like these anymore. 😒 I'd like to see you do this.
Literally did next to nothing compared to how much she would have been comfortably drifted across, wow big achievement for sitting on your ass across the Atlantic drifting.
The mental strength alone is amazing but to say there wasn't a physical side really a navigation side this is an amazing thing she has done I doubt u get out of the Hudson Rowing esp coastal is a seriously tough sport coming from someone who has rowed coastal boats all her life in Ireland and also river boats which do push u along She had to fight currents to stay on course and fight wind rowing into wind is hard going

Ngl, I give respect to this women to row solo across an ocean! I wouldn’t even swim in a swimming pool by myself
I hope you know that’s not a flex

Read the description. This flashback was from 1998 which was right after her first attempt and before her second (successful) attempt
Anybody who's brave enough to even try this feat should be rewarded with a victory

@Brad Taylor Greta came across the Atlantic on a boat and there was much media hoopla over her passage. Contrast it with this woman's accomplishment.
That is a miracle that’s amazing

So inspiring :)
She rowed across the ocean on her own... I won’t even get in a half foot kiddie pool alone-
Good job to her! 👍

Why’s the title say she was the first to row across the Atlantic when she wasn’t?

Lisa Guerrero would have confronted the raging seas !!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
That’s the scariest thing being underwater in the boat
Row, row, row your boat. Across the Atlantic!
That's not the kitchen
I live in Kentucky loussiville and she was popular here
How does she know she’s going straight? How is she the first person ever...... she didn’t even do it

Now she's going to row across the Pacific Ocean...
How is this even impressive anymore?? Its like something people would do in like 1910.
Not rowing tho. Either sail or steam-powered.

Thanks for the clickbate, John Fairfax is the first person so SUCCESSFULLY row across the Atlantic.... Even tho she failed, gotta respect her bravery
that’s crazy
I forgot if it's the same person or different but we read an article about her in school

She rowed across it

The first person to row across the Atlantic did it back in 1969. Maybe edit the title a tiny bit?
How did she know where to go after the waves and even in general and this looks kinda scary all them big waves
At least she didn't skip arm day😁 but she is safe👍
If she didn’t call for help, she would have become the next Amelia Airheart.
