You make me want to get back into running again. I ran cross country in high school but I haven’t really ran a race since. I used to be pretty active but I work from home now and I need to find an activity that I like that will tone my abdomen and legs.

No I haven't! When I have put protein (a different one) in oatmeal in the past I didn't like the consistency but I dont mind it in yogurt
