She drugged Chris and tied him up to watch everything so when he woke up he thought he was dreaming but she left a certain pieces of evidence to let him know it wasn’t a dream (teddy bear) “ I’m a ride him crazy and you never have a clue” also she blindfolded Clarence and put headphones on him so he want know Chris in the room and headphones so he can’t hear Chris say shit even though the tape over his mouth

The pill beat and the teddy bear were still there beside her. In the “dream” the concept was she was making Chris watch Her & Clarence get it on in their old bed. That’s why when he woke up those objects were still there.
He was drugged that’s why it’s called “medicine” and at the end of the video the guy was tripping because Queen was not even really there if you look closely you can see her disappear at the end
No the teddy bear is something Clarence gave to Queen in real life as a gift so they put it in the video... at the end it was a dream but she gave him medicine so he could think about how he messed up .. and also at the end she disappears from the bed slowly but she leaves the bear there so Chris knows it’s real
