I love this edit so much, it’s set perfectly to this song and each skater flows perfectly into the other. My question isn’t about this it’s about the anime, am I the only one noticing a difference between the quality of the drawing of characters? The main three characters are drawn beautifully, almost like Gojo and all of Jujutsu Kaisen. But the guy with the blonde hair on top and brown on the sides, the one who has dark hair but like black circles around his eyes and a few other all look like they’re drawn by someone else entirely. Am I the only one seeing that? (Christophe is one of the characters I meant, the dark circle guy I don’t see on the character lookup, dark circle guy can be seen at 2:22)

Anyway, the reason that they look like they were drawn by a different person is probably because they were- YOI was created on an incredibly tight deadline, so the original release of the anime (and the DVD release as well honestly) kinda has sucky quality occasionally.

The others notice the rings and announce to basically everyone in the restaurant that their friends just got married, and Viktor says that no, the rings are engagement rings - they'll get married after Yuuri wins the gold at the Grand Prix. This is literally in the show itself. Now, while you can interpret that as a joke, or ribbing, or Viktor trying to motivate Yuuri, or whatever, the authors of this show have clearly stated that Yuuri and Viktor are a couple and that the censored 'hug' after the free skate event in China was indeed a kiss, even if there is debate over why exactly it was censored (e.g. the authors didn't want to show to be classified as shonen anime so younger audiences would be allowed to see it, or it was Viktor himself who just didn't want the whole world to see them kiss, etc) - I have no trouble with either the joke interpretation of Viktor's words nor with the interpretation that he's just deciding in that moment that yeah, as far as he's concerned, they're engaged now (or possibly, considering he already had a ring before Yuuri bought his, that this was his plan all along). As far as I'm concerned, they've known each other (like actually talked to each other) for less than half a year and getting married after that little time is a bad idea regardless of anyone's gender - but engagements can last years, and (spoilers) Yuuri didn't win the gold at the Grand Prix, so if Viktor is going to keep that particular promise, they have at least another year.

I had thought the Japanese skater was Yuri but I saw another video where the blonde skater was Yuri. When I looked it up the Japanese skater was named Yuuri. So they have the same name? So you're actually correct about Yuri (the Japanese skater) being the lead. The blonde boy you're referring to is named Yuri Plisetsky, a Russian contestant. Both of them shares the same name but are two different skaters.
It's a super cute video, really really, but using subtitles like that is a little cringe - if the words aren't being said, or the sound isn't being made, subtitles meant for accessibility shouldn't be used like that. While you might assume deaf people wouldn't watch music videos, some do, because they might be able to hear the music and the beats, but not clearly hear the lyrics - they rely on those subtitles to know the lyrics of the song, so it would be super cool and kind of you to subtitle the lyrics instead so they can understand the video better.
It's called Yuri On Ice, and there are playlists of most of the series on TH-cam. There's twelve episodes, and in most playlists I've seen one is missing (generally episode 4 - I've come across a playlist that numbered the real episode 5 as 4 and pretended ep 9 was missing). I'd suggest you look up the names of the individual episodes on the wikipedia and search those on TH-cam - I was able to see the whole thing between English and Spanish subtitles, but I could only find ep. 4 outside of TH-cam at the time.
