i played the 605 and i fell in love, sitting down n playing i didnt even notice it was freakin electric! it feels real, sounds real. im saving up for it, its a dream come true for me, i live in an apartment and i could never have a real piano so this one is just mind blowing.
Ash Lilyvale I have the Roland hp302 and I can't play late at night cause the tenant below can hear the thumping noise when the keys hit the key bed.does the hp605 have the same problem?.I have a wooden floor and I'm thinking of getting foam tiles and a carpet but I'm not sure how much it would help.
I tried both 603 and 605 at my local musicstore. And my personal experience: I think I liked the 603 keyboard a bit better, but the sound - well, I could tell it was coming from speakers and in this sense it felt quite digital. As for 605: keyboard was also great (but different from 603 and I did like 603 keyboard a bit more), the best thing about 605 was the sound, it was amazing and it felt like a real piano, I couldn't tell that it was actually coming from speakers! Although I didn't like much the main piano sounds (which in a strange way were a bit different in 603 - maybe someone had changed something there) but I personally DID like an upright piano sound (cannot remember the precise name of it) and this is the reason why I have exactly the same thing to say as Ash Lilyvale: I fell in love and this 605 is my dream piano:)
Le Vieux Mitch it’s not that simple. The differences in the speakers and amps are significant as is the difference in volume. If you only wanna play with headphones than this can be ignored but if you play the instrument like a real piano you shouldn’t go for the 603. The 10cm difference in height also makes a huge difference when it comes to sound volume. Also don’t forget that the 603 doesn’t offer audio Bluetooth. Due to the numbers of apps out there this might be a significant difference for many people. Especially since Roland offers great interfaces with various apps.
You're comparing the payment amount and term of the most expensive flagship model in this video to the mid-tier model. The $199 for 40 months that you're referring to is for the LX17, which at the time of this video 3 years ago was $6,999. After tax (13% in Ontario), that comes to $7,908.87. So $199 for 40 months ($8000 total) would be less than $100 of interest paid over more than 3 years of payments. The used HP605 that you paid $2800 for is a great deal. All of our used HP605s are priced the same right now - still $2800. But the payments discussed in this video for the HP605 are $125 for 36 months, which comes to $4,500 paid in total. At the time of this video, the HP605 was brand new (therefore unavailable to be purchased used) and was priced at $3,999. After tax, that's $4,518.87, so the financing offer was an exceptionally attractive option.
whats the difference between the 603 and 605?

You should be playing and not be on youtube xD

$199 a month for 40 months? is somebody on drugs? I bought my HP605 used after somebody rented it for two months and only paid $2800!
