You're very patient in your food preparation. This looks simply delicious and brain fats are very healthy. I eat pig brain whenever we eat hot pot at our local Hai Di Lao here in North Texas. Americans/Europeans also enjoy pig brains fried with eggs as a breakfast food. Thanks for sharing a piece of your life with us, Uncle.

They do not practice safe food practices. At all. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. Many many times. No wonder most deadly pathogens come from China.
