you are good. your simple tip to tilt head to get better access to squeeze is key. many find working triggers on SCM very awkward. you show/explain it well.
I have SCM syndrome and experience ear pain when it's at its worst. I've done lots of stretches before, but applying pressure to the chest really helps! Thank you for sharing!!
