this isn't a bad version but she's not Elton John, he is a legend and this rock beat kind of loses the emotion of the original song in my view. If it appeals to a younger generation and maybe even gets them to listen to the original and also to watch the lion king than I am for it :) The song and movie are both definite timeless classics

No matter how hard I try..... Nope I cannot feel the love tonight in this song. It doesn't have that romantic feeling I get when I hear the lion king version, even the Elton John version. I believe this son is way better off sang slow and passionate, not fast with electric guitars and rock music. Maybe it's just me.
