Ricky was a true talent and down to earth guy. It’s hard not to like him, but you can see in the shots he took from lesser fighters his downfall against Mayweather and Pacquiao. Both of those were the elite boxers of their generation, though.
Some comments are laughable.. he couldn’t box, by his own admission he’s a come forward brawler, his style got fans excited never mind his way outside the ring. That makes him priceless in my opinion lost 3 times so what he has a great legacy down to earth with a personality

His eyes screamed yes and his nervousness during after hours of all their training camps always gave him away imo . Still a great trainer.
