Now that goku FINALY remembers his past AND parrents, that basicaly proved him right : Nowhere near all sajajin's where evil to begin with (thus also proving what Whis told him about "there already was a SSJG around and tried to change the race to the better, yet the time limit was in the way") he has nothing holding him back from awakening what Whis calls TRUE ULTRA INSTINCT, something wich goku only ONCE pulled till now wich was against Moro. Take the time limit away, thats what he now should be capable off.

This picture perfectly shows what goku became just now in the manga. He REMEMBERED, HE GOT AROUND HIS AMNESIA! He now is totaly aware of who he is and what he is, something wich he still denied to this point. Its sad that he never will be able to meet his parents, but he will fight and win this time too. There will be no Gogeta, no Vegeto, no Granola to beat Gas, but a full powered, full aware, full self controlled goku going true MUI without the limit in time. He lacked only this small part, his true self. A warrior accepting who he is and where he comes from, that remains calm and collected and fights for the weak is the absolute unstopable force. He finaly could close the gap to even Berus that way thou i doubt it. Berus is still unbeatable. Maybe Vegeto could finaly put a dent in his limitless power but thats about it. And i still hope bardock turned SSJ for even a short amount of time, showing why Frieza did speed up his plan to kill off the sajajin's in the end(as we all read : This invasion should thin out the sajajin low class warriors, little did they know that at least 2 elites where present (Nappa and Bardock(Yep, leading that attack i cant belive he still is low rank, maybe because of his insubordination's but nothing else, he is as powerfull as king vegeta, that much we know).
