No lies, it's actually hard sometimes to enjoy other artists. It's harder since their music literally up my alley. Even their solo works 👁️👄👁️

Agree. I listen to EXO probably 98% of the time. The only other Kpop groups I listen to are: Shinee, Super Junior, Super M, Mamamoo, and most recently Astro. But that was mainly because of Moon Bin 😢.
I’ve really tried to listen to the other newer groups, but am almost always disappointed. No one else has the vocals, the harmonies, the choreography, the soft rap, the visuals, the entertainment wow. I haven’t seen any other group interact with their fans with the love and depth of EXO. In fact, several of their song were made just to talk to their fans directly. Especially when EXO was splitting apart with the Chinese members.
I will watch anything of EXOs. Interview, travel, Christmas party, performances on other talk shows, solos, duets, acoustic, nothing thrills me more. Since you appreciate Chen and Baekyun, you would probably like their duet

Favorite performances are ElDorado, Play Boy, Wolf, and the Over There, Drop That, etc. you get to watch them rock out! Actually anything is worthy. Their solos are terrific. And the sub unit CBX (Chen, Baekyun, and Xiumin) is a delight.

EXO = EXtraOrdinary. It's really amazing that they will sound so good live, most of the time even better than the recorded. Yes, each member has diff. sound & range but they blend perfectly. The songs they recorded like 5 to 11 years ago, until this day you will hear new gen Kpop groups cover. They're tagged Kpop vocal kings, iconic idol group & generational talent. EXO raised my standards so high I don't think there will gonna be another kpop group that will top them for me.
Yeah, I discovered EXO and fell in love and then got more into K Pop in general, but I have never been able to branch out and fall in love with other groups. I respect all Kpop artists, for the insane amount of work and dedication they put into their craft, and I like a lot of other songs/groups. But I don't STAN any other groups, because honestly, I haven't found another group where their whole discography is exactly my cup of tea. Even with the amount of diversity within that discography. I used to HATE ballads, but getting into EXO...I started watching reactions and made myself listen to their ballads, and I FELL IN LOVE!! This was an amazing reaction, you really made a lot of excellent points and it wasn't all just mindless fanboying and squealing. I like it when people can actually discuss what they like or don't like about a song or a performance. I will be checking out more of your content! Definitely check out the album, it is for grown ups, and yes, it is a no skip. Also, I 100% agree, Chanyeol is dead sexy when he raps.

It's good to see a carat reacting to EXO songs. Cz lately I kinda figured out SVT songs too are my cup of tea which is a rare thing in K-POP.
SVT themselves have powerful vocalists and just like EXO its' rappers can sing really well.
I honestly see many other similarities as well which makes both of them super likable.

EXO are great, their voices are like honey drops, the only thing i miss in this killing voice is KYUNGSOO's voice and his killing parts in the songs, i wish they gave him some parts to show his real force like they did with Bakhyun and Chen.

haha that's down to me having spent a lot of time during lockdowns watching funny variety content of kpop groups. All the games they played, their stories, all the gay edits. the panty meme by kai, the shower together by baekhyun, chanbaek was everywhere in my timeline at some moment, basically stuff from shows like Weekly Idol and Knowing Bros
I'm an Exol and yes, for me it's hard to find another group because Exo vocals and visuals are just too GOOD ...but I know SVT, they are a fun group I like their show Going Seventeen😅

We don't stan other groups, I do love another group, GOT7 (but feel guilty for not keeping up with them) also Most EXO-L appreciates good vocalists, we may not STAN STAN different artists but we do acknowledge them.

You nailed a problem for me. I basically started with EXO (well, BTS, but then very quickly EXO pulled my focus) and now I am ruined for any other group because they might have a great singer but EXO has, in my opinion, at least 5 great singers. Even EXO's most sub-vocalist is better than a lot of Kpop groups' MAIN vocalists. So yeah. They ruined me for other Kpop groups. It's a real problem as EXO is now in their 30s and seem to be moving in different directions. Will they have yet another comeback? Man I hope so. I'm here for it. Because no other group does to me what EXO does to me.
