I am appalled when members of parliament are discussing issues affecting Uganda citizens. When you start to look at Kenya's taxation, you miss the point. The most important thing is to reduce taxation on the Ugandan people beginning with tax on fuel and mobile money.
This is the easiest way to help the common man.
Why not levy sales tax alone?
