After connect your mobile with wifi, open any of your mobile browser . Then dial an ip address that what written down at the back of your modem. It will take you to the website of this modem where you can change its settings. Then you have to login there. Use "admin" as user name and "1234567890" as password . It also written at the back of your dongle . Then login. You will see the setting page of your router. At first reset your router from that page. Then it will automatically restarted. Connect your device again and wait for a while. If it does not works then go to the same page. Now change the apn address from that page. Creat a new apn according to you network provider. Select that and it again restarts. Connect your device and wait again. I hope it will work. If still not working, then change network type from 4g to 3g in the settings of your router.

You can reset it's setting by using computer if you can not sign in through mobile phone. Just use it as a dongle in your computer, a software will installed and you can reset everything by that software.
At first, connect your mobile or pc with WiFi (LTE 4G ROUTER) .Then type 192.168.100.1 in your mobile browser or pc. A new page will come up. Watch carefully. They are asking for login , just use "admin" for both the username and password. Then you will find that the page where you have a lot of options. Just click on "Home" and then click on "Factory reset" . That's it. After resetting the device it will be disconnected automatically and returned to the default settings. I hope you will get it right.
