Thanks for the posting Oluwaseun. I'm looking at attending an Oxbridge university for anthropology so this was quite useful. 🙂

Hi!! Do you know how much it takes to receive your PhD offer after the interview? I just had it last Friday and now I am waiting. Thank you!

Hey thanks for the tips! Can I ask a quick question? When you say you started your personal statements/research proposal well before the deadline, how early was this?

      hey sis!
so the earliest deadline I had was early November. I started really putting pen to paper from early September.
I didn't start off too intense, just making notes here and there of the things THEY expected in the personal statements and bullet pointing what skill sets/ experiences that I had to compliments those.
then i started formulating paragraphs (many many many drafts).
the earlier you start doing this, the better because then you can have as many people to read over your write up and edit as you go!
      hope this helps.
i plan to release a video soon sharing my ACTUAL personal statement for this Astra Zeneca programme at Cambridge, so be on the look out!
      Seun :)

thanks sooooo much for sharing these information, they are quite helpful and logical, which is very easy to follow. One thing I want to ask is about the research proposal, since I found it is hard for me to write a research proposal, and can you provide more detail about the process of the writing and the organisation of the RP? And do you know where I can find a sample of RP?THX

heyy thanks for this comments, great questions!
(apologies for the delayed response as well). I would recommend a video by Dr Amina Yonis on YT. She gives in depth advice about writing a RP, so check it out!
I will add this to my 'to film' list of videos for this year!
