In my hometown of Sherwood Park, there is an abandoned railroad just off the highway near Ardrossan. I used to go there with my dad to collect rocks, usually at night as we lived near there. we were exploring new there at day time one day after school with my brother when we saw something extremely weird. There was scattered furniture in a forest near the railroad. There was a couch, a dresser, a bed with a mattress and blanket, and a kitchen table all scattered. I can't explain why those are there, as this isn't near any houses. It could be a dumping ground, but that wouldn't explain why they were in the middle of a forest with just a few pieces of furniture. If anyone knows where I'm talking about, please tell me if you've seen where I'm talking about.

I work at the Bushwakker Brewing Co. in Regina, Saskatchewan and we have a beer named after the Dungarvon Whooper. The owner was originally from New Brunswick so he knew about the legend and our Dungarvon Irish Red Ale was named one honour of the legend. Eventually a group of people thought that perhaps the strange whooping sound was actually a man eating cougar in the area. The label on the beer is a red, snarling cougar.
