The Meal Deal is such a staple of my trips to London (my faves are M&S and Boots), that I forgot they would need to be highlighted to first time travellers. Great ideas you’ve shown. Most people don’t realize just how close many of the popular sights are till they arrive.

Very well done video, I’d share this video to anyone visiting London for the first time. I was just in London last month and I showed my mom around as it was my 6th trip to the city.
I’m planning a solo trip to London in October/November 2025, this itinerary will be my go to first few days so I can find my feet and figure out exactly what I want to see.. one question though.. do you feel it’s safe to be out after dark solo?
So exciting!!! I hope this itinerary will help take the stress out of planning a bit. Re: being out after dark solo, it depends on where! I would say if you’re sticking to busy, touristy places like the West End, Soho, etc where there’s plenty of people then it’s fine. Walking alone in the quieter more residential areas or parks, I’d probably stay away from.
Ahh yeah there were quite a few fun things I couldn’t include just because they didn’t naturally slot into any parts of the itinerary without being a bit of a detour. But I do love a good Harrods trip! Definitely worth visiting for people who have a bit more time, or people who want to prioritize shopping haha. Some of the architecture in there is stunning :)

I also think the double decker city bus tours are informative and you can usually hop on and off.
