WACAPOL I will help to vulgarise this unit, especially the mobile unit in Cameroon and central Africa Rep in the near futur as I plan to initiate a small holders oil palm development program. My plan though this initial is to manage 1 million ha through the “1 Family 1 ha” project.
The colour of the Oil is bright orange compared to others I’ve seen. Perhaps it could mean that this oil is not bleached or went under additional refining.
Thanks for sharing. Exactly what I've been searching for. Please, what powers the machines like the stripper, presser and the rest? Do you guys also run on a diesel generator? Thank you, I anticipate your reply.
I just watched your video and found it impressive. Please how much would it cost to acquire a machinery of this type or one of a lesser scale? Would two plots of land suffice for such a Mill? Kindly respond. Thanks
Appropriately automated for Africa - all a question of cost and benefit, and Africa needs employment not inappropriate automation with no cost benefit!
And what is the cost to the environment of all this or don't you care? I should have caught you the day you gave me ink in a coca cola can to drink. Do you remember? Shac 1971.
I not only don't remember such an incident, but also don't remember you. If you do some research of reputable pressure groups like WWF, Greenpeace, and Friends of the Earth you might come round to the view that Palm Oil per se is not the problem, provided that it is produced sustainably.
Thank you for taking the trouble to reply. On reflection my "or don't you care?" was unwarranted, and I apologize for that addition. Yes, it is a matter of sustainability and probably where extraction takes place as in the video it is small scale and sustainable, certainly by comparison with the huge plantations in the Far East. That being the case, it would have been a welcome addition to mention the sustainability in the demo of the method and the small scale. As for your not remembering me, alas each of us has a cross to bear and not being remembered is often one of mine. Think of what Lear suffered from and then a famous brand of whisky featuring a man in a top hat. That was my name.
