ಪುನರ್ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ: ಈ ದೇವಾಲಯವನ್ನು 12 ನೇ ಶತಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜರಾದ ಉದಯಾದಿತ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ನರವರ್ಮನ್ ಪುನರ್ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಮರಾಠಾ ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ಧಾರಗಳು: ಮರಾಠಾ ಕಮಾಂಡರ್ ರಾಣೋಜಿ ಶಿಂಧೆ 18 ನೇ ಶತಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವಾಲಯವನ್ನು ನವೀಕರಿಸಿದರು.
ಇಲ್ತುಮಿಶ್‌ನಿಂದ ನಾಶ: 1234-35ರಲ್ಲಿ, ಇಲ್ತುಮಿಶ್ ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಸಂಕೀರ್ಣವನ್ನು ನಾಶಪಡಿಸಿದನು ಮತ್ತು ಲಿಂಗವನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸುವ ರಚನೆಯಾದ ಜಲಧಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಕದ್ದನು. ಜ್ಯೋತಿರ್ಲಿಂಗವನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿರದ ಕೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ಎಸೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನಂಬಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಪುನರುಜ್ಜೀವನ: ಮರಾಠಾ ದಿವಾನರಾದ ರಾಮಚಂದ್ರ ಬಾಬಾ ಸೂಕ್ತಂಕರ್ ರಾಮಚಂದರ ಮಲ್ಹಾರ್ ಅವರು ದೇವಾಲಯವನ್ನು ಪುನರುಜ್ಜೀವನಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಖಿಲ್ಜಿಗಳ ದಾಳಿ: ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಜಲಾಲುದ್ದೀನ್ ಖಿಲ್ಜಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಲಾವುದ್ದೀನ್ ಖಿಲ್ಜಿ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
