This song is fascinating when you really put your ear to it. The rhythm carries the melody throughout the entire song. Yet it's never repetitive or overbearing. There's a lot going on within the instrumentation as well as the vocal performances in every section of the song. No part is exactly the same. Everything in this song just seems to totally click. Great composition and recording. It's a masterpiece of our BLACK culture.
Oh so that is her. I kept saying she looks and sounds like a young Jody Watley. I only know her 90s look so she looks and even sounds a bit different. Her voice is really powerful in this.
It's probably safe to say that Jody and Howard was one of the best fits ever. They still sound magical together, soon-to-be 40 years later. Not to mention the timeless production of this tune (and the whole album).
We know why we are here. If we enjoy this music today, we were the reason for clubs to exist. You knew that when this came on it was time to hit the floor.

This song just brought me back to the good ol' days. 😊❤
This is what called music
This is still my favorite group. Their songs are still smokin!!!!
This is what I call Real music...I play this over and over in my truck.....
Let's face it people thank God we can still listen to all old school jams because they'll never make music like this again
Forever in my Top Ten🙏🫶🇩🇪🇺🇲🫡
Jody's voice really popped on this song. Clear and just smooth
Shalamar....a miracle,Jodie's voice is simply glorious
Agree! It is beautiful!
Oh so that is her. I kept saying she looks and sounds like a young Jody Watley. I only know her 90s look so she looks and even sounds a bit different. Her voice is really powerful in this.
Dark & lovely woman with almond eyes. My vote for one of the most beautiful women of the 80s & 90s.
It's probably safe to say that Jody and Howard was one of the best fits ever. They still sound magical together, soon-to-be 40 years later. Not to mention the timeless production of this tune (and the whole album).
To the new generation, please don’t let this to be forgotten
The 80's! Best years of my life!

We know why we are here. If we enjoy this music today, we were the reason for clubs to exist. You knew that when this came on it was time to hit the floor.
@Karina Babe, lucky us that we have the chance to step up and contribute to their popularity.
Anytime, Karina!!! We all have good taste on music.

PLEASE NEVER DELETE THIS SONG!! thanx
Todays music isnt close enough to compete with music from back in the day. 80s music was the best to listen and get down too.
Great time to be alive!!!
This takes me back to 1981 stationed in Germany! 19 yrs and having the time of my life! Shalamar was jamming then and still is today! Straight jam here!
