Just bought Rose Velvet, and I'm in love! To me it's absolutely niche-quality, pure luxury and femininity in a stunning bottle, and performs and projects wonderfully. Will be one of my signatures for sure (I've got 2-3).
Tested the new one randomly and it was so so lovely that I sprayed myself all over with it but it is indeed very faint. I was surprised cause my fav L'interdit is very long losting----and the bottle is amazing
The BEST Givenchy, that nobody ever talked about and they think they discontinued a long time ago, but it was hot couture not the perfume in the black and gold label, but that the one in the pink and black label. IT IS AWESOME!!!!!!
Hi Soki, talking about irresistible givenchy what happened to me on international Women's day when two ladies who work there stopped me to try that fragrance, and it has huge discount. I try it out with tester, and this is well balanced strong syrup rose scent. I liked it and I bought it. I told her if it's ok to use it, she said yes. I was about to catch the tester but she was the first to reach it because she wants to honor me on women's day. She spray this on my neck very good while the other lady looked at me. I don’t know what iris smells like off hand but how does it compare to Very Good Girl that has a lot of rose too? I’m really picky with rose - don’t like super powdery smells. Makes me sneeze.
This is a very pretty flanker but I have the original and don’t feel I need to have this until I’m finished the bottle of the OG I already own. Love Iris and rose together.

I blind bought this (not available in Australia yet) as the notes sounded so up my alley (blackcurrant, iris and rose). I like the OG but not enough to buy it so figured this would be the best one for me. I'm not a fan. The Rose is too woody and reminiscent of Givenchy L'Interdit which I can't stand. I smell no blackcurrant and the iris doesn't really seem to be pleasant. I'll give it a few more wears but it's getting closer and closer to the declutter pile.
This perfume range I find it so generic and basic :-( the Live Irresistible one was gorgeous and so funny and bright, juicy , sunny!😍 Givenchy messed up
I wonder how the original Irresistible compares to Delina La Rosée? I got a larger sample of that and really love it, but wouldn't mind a cheaper alternative. It also has pear and a watery rose.

I just finished my bottle of the edp. Love it. I haven't been interested in the others. I swear black currant is the note of 2023. It's in everything.
I know I'm so happy it's one of my favorite notes lol. Mon Paris intensement made me realize how much I love it ✌️❤️

The original is too sugary sweet for me. The other notes are gorgeous, but sweetness I can't get around. Excited to try the new rose though! 😍
I find this one more on the creamier side on my which I love ❤

I loved the Very Irresistible, but it did not smell the same the last time I checked it as it did in the early 2000's.
I love both the original and Rose Velvet. (I just bought a 125ml bottle of the original, but maybe that's a US or Ulta thing.)

They make a 125 ml bottle so I think that’s the largest size for the original edp.
I love Very Irresistible and have done for about 20 years but I have a horrible feeling it will be discontinued....I really hope not 😢

No, it's totally different :)
Nope. Completely different. Elixir has a tartness that Rose Velvet is missing. Rose Velvet is also quite woody with a more vintage Rose.

The delina is heavier and more powdery
