Yes, Everyone wants bigger rooms. There are a lot of builders and hundreds of floor plans. You just have to find the right one that fits your budget and is as close to perfect as possible.
Feel like there is room for another bedroom upstairs and a media/bonus room off of the loft...above the master and kitchen is wasted space on the second level ...I'd opt to use that space when building this beauty
