I just did it. Very easy but the tie was a bit bothersome because I used a sheer ribbon

Paper length is equal to the height of the bottle plus the radius of the base, plus extra for overlap (about 13cm if using a 2cm width ribbon).Or, you can add a few more centimeters in case the paper is too short.
