Hey Pianta I've done some AP chogath for a while, I've found if you max e and take hail of blades your lvl1 dmg is over half their health bar and it surprises anyone you're against, by lvl 6 you'll probably be 3/0 and get the free W! anyway thanks for making league fun for me again you're awesome, can't wait to see the next best teemo build.
HoB is probably the best rune for AP but you should still max Q first imo, E dmg scales with feast stacks better than it does with ap so no need to max it first
I personally think you should only max Q if you are able to consistently land them. They are expensive mana wise and if your opponent has a spamable dash like Kayne, vayne, or k'sante, then E max is much much better.
I always max the W, easier to poke in lane against a lot of matchups + longer silence lower cd. Maxing Q only gives more damage, it works really good for me. HoB worked for a while but now I dont really like it

@@teenagesteveminecraftTHIS, there are some ap cho matchups where you will almost never land a Q. into heavy dashes, E max with everfrost is amazing
