I have a cool rejected update: The NOPE Switch, for people who are bad at Multiplayer. So when the player in last place hits a block that would normally present a power-up like the Propeller Mushroom, the Boomerang Flower, and so many others, it will instead show you a red P-Switch with a no sign in place of the P. Once the player hits it, every character in the other area will be insta-killed and wondering exactly what killed him or her. This is a thousand times more fun if the player is about to reach the goal pole, slot machine box, or Giant Gate. Even with power-ups or a Super Star, they won't be immune. They will still respawn at the last checkpoint they passed.
I just realized... The Fury shadow is made of the goop, LM3's new mechanic is Gooigi... Gooigi painted himself Fury bowser is made by E. Gadd!! I also love that the coin rings are the rings from sonic 1.

This is not accurate cuz he got the first giga bell with 3 cat shines but in the game you need 5
The black stuff on the Giga Bell doesn't disappear until you get 5 Cat Shines
Plus, the NOPE Switch will be exclusive to multiplayer only, but available in every single game style.
