You did not touch the servo link (the arm to connect servo to servo saver). How to adjust the length? I mean when I should work on it? What is it for? Thank you
No mention of fine adjustment using the turnbuckle? I would have added to set that in the middle first, then attach the horn, then adjust the turnbuckle so it goes straight with minimal adjustment at the radio.
Some models do not have a turnbuckle to adjust se we left that out of this video particularly. We will be doing more videos and adding more tips like the adjusting turnbuckles and even hub, arm, and link mounting. Good point though!
Hey so I have a shockwave rc and when I switch it ok it starts glitching and after 10-15 seconds it angles the wheels to the sides and stops, any solution to that?
So my wheels are turning but once I put the nob back to neutral, the wheels turn back to center but not all the way. Any suggestions? If it helps, this is for the Subaru Impreza Mexico 2004
Okay iv got a redcat gen 7 that iv had about four months used about five times out of 10 tries in the last five times i tried to use it I've had to do the procedure you're doing then today as I was using it after setting it up again it just slowly started going one way and it wouldn't zero back out any ideas please thanks ✌️

I just unboxed a kaiju that has this issue. I tried the suggested reset from the video but each time I turn it off then back on, the steering goes way out of control again. The truck has about 3 mins of run time, this happened straight out of the box.
I just got a RC-MT10E the steering on the controller is set to 0 but when I turn left it goes back to center when I turn right it doesnt? Why would this happen on a new car and how to fix?
Do you guys have any vehicle specific videos like this for the kaiju? I stock horn failed and I replaced it, the steering works ok, but at more than 40-50% throttle the car pulls pretty hard to the right and gets pretty wobbly.
@@diangelic1 I've been tinkering with this issue for months. The wheels and tires are fine (I've also used some badlands), I think the tolerances in the steering components are just a little loose for any kind of precise driving.
Should be screws in the top plate which allow the top plate to come up and off and thus you can take the saver out of the chassis. The manual with exploded views would probably aid in this process.
You basically have to remove all connecting pieces around that part including the screw holding it down to the chassis. Then swap the internal diff parts and mount it back in the truck.
I have a Monsoon that steers only in small increments have no play in upper or lower arms, I have made sure the ball and sockets are not over tightened made sure the servo was centered but it just doesnt seem to have the power to turn the big tires even off the ground its poor at best, while driving it it now takes a 25 foot circle to turn right or left. I suppose something is broke but I dont see it any suggestions
It sounds to me like the dual rate adjustment dial (labeled as "St. d/r") is turned down all the way to the "0" value on your controller or at least close to it. When you open up the window on top to be able to access your power switch, there are 3 adjustment dials; this particular one is on the right. Make sure the arrow stamped on the top of the dial is pointing to number 6, which would be completely counter-clockwise.

Check the tire and see if it's loose, it happened to my nitro rc car and I found out it was that when I was selling it.

That can happen from time to time.
@@RedcatracingAZ Yeah. I ordered a 25kg servo but you guys did a really good job with that servo, lasted a good 3-5 years of daily use.
