Yikes, your overspray. It does drip into cracks in the dash area...that will slowly damage the interior. Apply your chosen solution to the applicator and work sections...this hose down process is terrible. Sorry.
Personally, I found a good clean microfiber thats plush thats dry works best...no solutions. Just apply pressure and wipe away film or dust...the microfiber does the work.

No need to apologize friend. I use it to clean the dashboard at the same time. Spraying onto a cloth is certainly a good option. I need solution to get out streaks, dry isn't cutting it. The process I used here I've found works very well for me, but to each their own. Thank you for your comment 👍

Do you also use the dawn soap and water on the exterior? Also, do you know if it can be used on tinted windows?

I don't. Car wash soap does get it clean when I wash

I heard it was not a good idea to get that front area wet on a Tesla. Alot of the hardware and electronics are in that area.
