The h/w might be good but the software is rubbish. They can't do software. They could just support home assistant software as an alternative to their own very poor cloud based service. Sadly they don't.

@@foxess5669 Sadly your new app is still broken. I want to be able to run it locally so when your servers are down I can still control my system. Also: It doesn't report server errors correctly (or at all). It doesn't give a real time display. It doesn't allow me to set a charge to xx percent. It says it updated x minutes ago... but that might mean hours ago because the update message err... doesn't update. If I update the home page and swipe right... it doesn't update the info on that page. It requires I agree to changed terms of service to see basic info *ON EQUIPMENT I ALREADY OWN* I could go on to list the other problems but you don't listen, you don't reply to emails, you clearly don't really want customers at all.
They do not offer any assistance to their disabled customers while trying to sort out the software. You are left on your own..............fed up with them. Once they have your money that is it!!!
Hello, we are manufacturers so I assume you are talking about your installer. In this case I advise you to contact him again if you need support, if your product ever shows a malfunction, he can then call on our after-sales service made up of a complete team who will be delighted to provide him with all the necessary service.
