It was more like they tried to blend 2d and 3d animation with two different teams, but they failed to coordinate. They were also having trouble with the character models and shading so it ended up looking terrible.

@@nova_steric1749 they still use some weird cgi, and are technically just recaps, we need an adaptation that goes from start to finish and fleshes everything out with beautiful animation, if they make an anime they gotta spend a good 5 years at the very least to develop a single season
@@adumpster235 i think it will never happen, because investors are so afraid that only a niche would watch it. Berserk is not as marketable as kodansha/shueisha titles unfortunately. Or, at least, that's what they think.

I reckon they could do ok. The trade off with more complex art styles is how much actual animation is used, jojo has an ok amount for such a niiiiiiicceee artstyle, so maybe David pro could pull it off. But right now they've still got part 5 and fore force to animate, and chances are they probably won't try to animate Berserk. Oh well. Put your grasses on, nothing will go wrong

Why is there no official page where fans can spend their money for a proper adaption by a good anime studio that will do the manga justice? The anime is nothing but a show to have in the background. But the opening is where the attention is.

@Dzintra681 I do not really care about graphics, but the graphics in Berserk made me care. Just hideous and absolutely ruined the story for me. The movies were ten times better and they didnt even use a lot of CGI. You cant tell me that the bad graphics didnt distract you.

This show had everything on point EVERYTHING GOING FOR IT. Characters, story, source material, soundtrack, voice talent. Then they said "mmmmm animate too hard wahhh"

Clang makes the impact sound stronger. Imagine the PS4 Guts vs Grunbeld cutscene with a massive CLANG when Guts lunged at his shield. That would be dope AF.

A whole arc in one opening
I liked this Berserk :) It got me into the series. I recognize that people are really attached to the manga’s visual style and the cgi they used wasn’t as good as today’s, but it still brought me into the series so I’ll always appreciate it for that.
This song gives me motivation to live. I've always been depressed.But I've always tried to hold everyones burden on me without trying to affect anybody. But now my dad has cancer and I don't know if i have the power like Guts to get through this. But regardless I'm going to try. For my dad, for my mom, for my family because I need it. I need to conquer this just like he will. I know this doesn't really correlate but thank you anime lovers for hearing me out. I love you all.....

I remember thinking of reading berserk and seeing it had +300 chapters so I expected it to take a while to get through, it took me 2 days because I could hardly put it down XD

Madhouse, WIT, Bones, Mappa (with proper time and budget), Davidproductions, UFOtable are just a few of the studios I think could give Berserk the adaptation it deserves.
