I have to admit it is a bit scary wondering if I win a couple hundred million could they claim my ticket and keep the money. I’m curious what kind of measures are in place to prevent this?
if you live in one state, using this app you CANNOT purchase or place an order for another states lottery game..i just signed up and learned this! they check your pc location, if it is NOT in the state you want to purchase tickets, it will NOT allow you to place an order..so much for not having to take a trip across state lines as Peter's dad had to..It turns out you have to take that trip after all..the example Peter gives about his Dad's hardship is still the same today..lol
