If they had put out toys and the like of The Child before the show came out people wouldn't care and just see the show as a tool to sell stuff. And I never knew it was John Favreau voicing Pre Vizsla in Clone Wars. Cool to find out. But I did instantly recognize the voice and saw that the Heavy there was most likely the son of Pre Vizsla. I found out he was identified in the credits as Pazz Vizsla too.

Redeem the armour and the warrior with one act, and now he is seen again by the Houses and Clans. I rather this penance than 20 bucks in the offering plate. I remember rather vividly when reaction videos first started coming out, and my first thought was......"That is the stupidest shit I've ever heard! lol What kind of losers are going to watch strangers watching something?! HA HA HA" A few years later.....and...I am addicted to them. I loooovvvee watching these. To be honest I don't know why I thought initially that it was stupid. Because one of my favorite things to do after I see some cool ass movie or TV show, is to get other people to watch those movies or shows and watch their amazed reactions. I love that shit. I just read the novelization for the first season and it really drives home how bad his PTSD over his parents’ deatgs is. He has a full on flashbacj at one point and it broke my heart. We also get a bit of insight into his thought process when he’s about to leave but goes back instead. Essentially he manages to lose himself in the routine of going on another yunt until he sees the ball is gone. Then he thinks of Grogu’s face and the way he looked at him and he sits lost in thought before deciding to hunt some imps instead. Also him seeing the unpowered pram just stiffens his resolve.
I finally get all the John Wick references. Din walking down the street while everyone’s faubs were going off gave me major John Wick 2 vibes when all the assassins get that alert on there phone and start following him.
I mean, the fact that it was basically impossible to predict where the show was going after episode three is rare! And i love it! Normally, fans would be able to tell where it would head!
Several years later I now believe that Din went back for Grogu not so much because he’d already fallen in love with him, but because he saw a lot of himself in him. Despite the guild code, it would’ve gone against the creed to leave Grogu to his fate when the Mandos rescued Din in his most desperate hour. Though I’m sure he’d started to care too. But man the comments about the whistling birds just made me realize something. I hope to god that Din’s story doesn’t end like Yondu’s. It’d be heroic sure, but I think I’d sob my heart out. The ravager funeral was probably the most I’ve cried at a Marvel movie. Followed closely by the end of Endgame. I feel like Din dying to protect Grogu would be even worse because he was actually a good dad.

That new armor will always and forever be the sexiest moment in this show. And the best part is he absolutely knows he looks good. Just look at that swagger. I think this episode’s when I started to fall in love with him. And then him blasting his way out of the safe house while holding Grogu just cemented it.

Mando swaggering in to the bar in that shiny new armor is badass! I love how Mando has those moments of minor cockiness where you know he’s proud of himself and is totally feeling the vibes. This is one of them. Him turning the rough jet pack landing into episode 8 is another. But damn he looks good in that armor!
Blood diamonds are basically diamonds from Africa, usually mined by terrorized people being fucked with by horrible people. And in this case, the Beskar was smelted by the same people who helped decimate the Mandalorians. So it's being used for a good reason, but it's kinda of tainted in some eyes.
