Tough luck on the duplicate pull. Can you explain the ranking you were talking about? You started as a 7 and finished as a 5...what does that mean?

EA has a weekend league that people qualify for, everyone has 20 games to play, I started with a record of 7-1 playing amazing and ended up losing a bunch of games in a row. Probably would've had rank 4 or 3 rewards with how I was playing the first day but just lost the touch somewhere. My goal is 11 wins usually finished with 12 but should've been 14 easily.
