Idli dhokla Recipe
1 1/2 cup gram flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, a pinch asafoetida, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 3/4 cup water mix well
add 1 packet of ENO , mix well pour in idli plates immediately and steam cook for 15 mins
to make tadka, add 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 3 green chilli, few curry leaves, asafoetida, then add 3/4 cup water, 3 tbsp sugar, let it boil , add coriander leaves
pour this mix evenly in idli dhokla cubes
For dhokla chutney
Grind few coriander leaves, 2 green chilli, 2 tbsp curd, 1 cooked dhokla idli, 1/4 tsp salt , water as required
