I'm glad you're doing PT and working on it at home. Keep up the work and it will reward you. I've been immobile 4 times in my life from 4 to 6 months at a time. It'll get frustrating and more, but you will get on with it.
Walking round like a boss now. Soon your arm will catch up you turned it to dust so you arms doing pretty amazing despite the infection. Hope that gets sorted out for ya
Thanks, I've tried to stay as active as possible. The left leg is beginning to make a comeback after pretty much regressing to a mass of goo, but I've been able to work the quad just enough to firm it back up some in the last 2 months. I'm still having trouble getting the hamstring to show any strength at all because of the obstruction caused by the pins in my knee that are coming out tomorrow, so hopefully that will be the beginning of a new chapter in the recovery process. I was able to start riding the elliptical about 3 weeks ago, and it's gone a long way towards keeping me loosened up and building strength.
Hope this time your elbow gets a good clean out, other than that you seem to be coming along well. You got some good company around you there mellowing out, take care m8 : )

I see a good amount of muscle on those legs 🦵, that’s good. Usually people in recovery lose lose lean mass. I bet the elliptical bike helps.
