I feel like I've slipped. It is an awful struggle to meditate. Im stuck here alone with no transportation, no friends, no family. I dont mean to sound like i feel sorry for myself. For months i have tried to get myself out of this, and this time, im so tired. I feel like nothing is working. Im also waiting on housing, so im at my sons place while hes in VA for work. Im in NH.
