Speaking English does not make one superior. Colonial hangover makes Kenyans speak to each other in English, when they have a choice to speak Kiswahili.
Kiswahili can be learnt in the streets to a high level of proficiency. Just like a vernacular language. English is learnt in schools. Neither of them is superior but the paths to learning them are different.

I think trs are discriminated coz if one acquired a mean grade of B in kcse and persue cre/kiswahili but had lower than c+ in one of the combination, that alone denies one a chance for employment. I won't add.
