@flatroofdoctor please give me the full name of the sealant you're using so I'm sure to get the right thing when I go to my hardware store. As well as the sealant you use to close the holes you make on the roof when placing/removing the roof anchor for attaching your harness rope to. Thanks 2:59
Where was the leak appeared, on inside lower part(skylight) of ceiling? or inside the skylight wall? Please explain the source of leak i.e. roof around the skylight flashing or the rubber seals on top.

Will you be able to remove that frame later, after the sealer has set up? Or will the frame get bent, trying to remove it? Thanks, Gary
